Shipping/In-Store Pickup

The following standards apply to the shipping and pick-up of online orders and are subject to change.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
  • Our business hours are Sun 11-6, Mon-Wed 10-7, Thur-Sat 10-8. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders. Orders placed after Noon on Friday will typically ship the following Monday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please consider this when selecting your shipping method.
  • Orders are processed as soon as possible during business hours. We typically get all orders shipped within 24-48 hours of order receipt. You will get an e-mail with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Please make sure to watch for your package, as we are not liable for any packages confirmed as delivered by our shipping carriers.
  • If your order will ship later than is typical, we will send a follow-up e-mail informing you when it is expected to ship. During the holiday season, shipping times may vary, and orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER IN-STORE?

You certainly may! Orders are fulfilled from items available in-store, so we can process these orders rather quickly! Once we receive your order for in-store pickup, we will process it and send you an e-mail informing you that it is ready to be picked up. Please come in and give us your name and order number!

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes, we certainly do! Expedited shipping is only valid for orders shipped to destinations within the Continental United States. Please contact us ((916) 986-9132 or folsom@shopalb.com) if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii, and keep in mind that we are only available during business hours.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING GUIDELINES

All overnight orders confirmed before Noon EST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after Noon EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after Noon EST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APOs?

Yes, we do! We ship USPS to post office boxes and military addresses (thank you for your service!). We are not able to offer expedited shipping for these destinations, however, so please keep that in mind.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA, & HAWAII?

Of course! Our standard shipping rates do not apply, however. Please contact us at (916) 986-9132 or folsom@shopalb.com for a shipping quote to destinations in these areas.

CAN I USE MY APRICOT LANE GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Not currently, sorry. We are not able to accept gift cards purchased at our physical location online. We do, however, offer e-Gift cards that will be e-mailed to you. These e-Gift cards are online-specific and cannot be used at any physical location. We apologize for any inconvenience related to this.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed and a shipping label created, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. We suggest that you create an account with us to easily log in and keep track of your purchases!

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you enter the wrong shipping address, please call us immediately during business hours at (916) 986-9132! If you place your order outside of business hours, please e-mail us at folsom@shopalb.com. We begin processing orders immediately, so please know that we will do our best to update your shipping information. If you are using PayPal as a form of payment, please ensure your shipping information is up-to-date!
